- Hello! Just finished a different diet bet, and won! I want to keep going to stay on track. A little bit about me I had my second son almost 4 months ago. Right before I had him I weighed in at 310 in the hospital! I am now down to around 262. Goal weight is 220 short term, long term 175. The diet bet I just finished I lost around 12 pounds! I am hoping to have favorable results this go around. I like to stay around 1600 calories and I do intermittent fasting 16:8 to avoid night time snacking. Good luck!
