    1st meal of the day:

    Omelet with spinach, bacon, mushrooms, and green onions, topped with half avocado. Side of steamed zucchini and baby dutch potatoes. Cottage cheese and sauerkraut. Half lemon squeezed all and some parmesan reggiano sprinkled all over. Also, 1 Roasted Nori Seaweed on the side.

Thank you! I’ve been adding sauerkraut for the probiotics..it helps my digestion. Really tasty and great to pair it up with eggs, it gives a nice tangy crunch!

I love apple slices with peanut butter too. My other options are dried mangoes or dried prunes. I don't snack on them daily, and when I do, I'm mindful of the portions I decide to eat.
