- I didn't intend to be mia in this game. I've been having medical issues and completing coursework. I actually gained weight and am buckling down, eating whole foods, and a heart healthy diet. I need to get more water and phase out coffee, too. No more caffeine. But, on a positive note, I know what to do to get it done, and it is attainable. This week, I finished my Certified Tactical Conditioning Specialist course and received my Elite Trainer certificate from ISSA. I also have one for Certified Personal Trainer, Nutritionist, and Online Coach. I'm currently working on Certified Health Coach. With all that knowledge, there's no excuse!
