Figure out what works for you. I grew up hearing “don’t weigh yourself daily” but I THRIVE on the knowledgr of a daily check in and nothing derails me faster than the not knowing. Figure out what works for you and stick to it.

Calorie deficit tracker! I have tried to lose weight for years thinking I was eating right only to quit when I wasn't seeing results. I finally locked in and actually track what I eat and focus on high protein and fiber and have actually now lost 30 lbs since last August! I also let myself enjoy the holidays but tried to not over indulge and was able to maintain during that time and then got right back on track after new years. It works! I use the lose it app for tracking.

Only 1.2 lbs from this bet’s goal! This is my second bet of the year and I’m so excited to see such good results so fast. All of my clothes are already fitting so much looser. If I stay on this pace, I’ll be looking for new pants at the end of March!

I need some encouragement please! I lost 50 pounds on weightloss injection and have gained all of it back. I can't continue to afford the shots so I'm trying the old fashion way. I have tried intermittent fasting, seems to go ok but still gained weight. I am addicted to sweets, big time!! I need to get my head in the game. Any advice? I appreciate all of you!

I have a love for sweets too. I think sugar is more addictive than we know. I usually cut out sugar except for natural sugars like what comes in fruit. I find after the first few days of no sugar I actually feel better and don't crave it near as much. Plus the weight can come off then.

I have to go cold turkey no processed food, sugar, bread, pasta, potato’s for a week and I’m nasty. I increase my protein Intake during that time. After a week I don’t crave the sugar and only want healthy foods. I slowly add small portions of potato’s, pasta and bread but do not eat them as a serving. If I cut the carbs my cravings for sweets stay low. Good luck!
