I've been going to the gym but im not losing any poundage. Im losing inches and I feel better which is great, but im ready for some changes in weight!

Figure youre calorie deficit to lose weight - search TDEE on Google for free calculator. Track your food - inly way to know if you are in a deficit. I have found when tracking, if I maintain weight for a while then drop into a deficit I will lose some weight. Then when I plateau for a while, I willl maintain for a while then recalculate my defificit. Just remember slow and steady wins the race!
