Alright all you amazing DietBetters, you have all done an amazing job these past four weeks and we couldn’t be more proud of you!! All of the weigh-ins haven’t even been logged in yet and the total weight loss is almost up to ELEVEN THOUSAND POUNDS lost!! Absolutely incredible!!

You have all the tools you need. Macro Like a Mother walks you through and teaches you how calories and macros tracking is much easier than it’s made out to be. You’ve hopefully learned that nutrition doesn’t have to be confusing or overly complicated. Workout-wise, you have so many workout programs at your disposal through BODi and 25 MINUTE SPEED TRAIN drops directly into the BODi library for everyone on 6/10 and Joel’s group in the new BODi Experience Community kicks off on Monday, 6/16. It was a close one but I made it by the skin on my teeth....First time under 200 in 15 years. Diet better helps me focus and be more mindful of what I eat and how much I eat.

  • You know how you think you know what's coming in your workout, then you actually log in to do it and go "Oh sh** - today is that workout?" That was me this morning - was thinking LM SB for arms & shoulders so a shoulder & bi, then a shoulder and tri, but nope - L4 shoulders & arms so quad sets with burnout. Good thing I doubled up on Energize today! Now I have to go drink a gallon of water - need to lose a good pound by Monday weigh in!

I still have a pound to lose (and that’s def not happening in two days) but damn if I don’t like the way I look and feel these days. I could have been super aggressive in trying to cut at the beginning (lessons learned), but I feel I have some solid tools to keep going towards my goal weight. Clearly I was eating just to munch on something versus being actually hungry and “treating myself” to dessert often. Now I am going to go about things differently. So glad I joined this DietBet!!

Exactly! My husband can't wait till I weigh in so we go back to the "way it was" boo - still would like to lose 20 more pounds. But I have to remember I am responsible for me and my health/how I feel. Spent 4 weeks telling him no thank you to ice cream at 9pm so I guess I can keep that up!
