That bottle of wine isn't worth it on the weekends! Ive noticed i can gain 2 lbs easy and then have to work extra hard the rest of the week to catch back up

Halfway through and almost halfway to my goal for this challenge. And the 5 a day challenge is not too hard for me - almost always have 2 fruits and at least 3 veggies every day! And I have tomatoes and zucchini in my garden I can't hardly keep up with!

I have recently started to incorporate tomatoes into my diet, I’m almost 40 and have never enjoyed raw tomatoes. Basil, mozzarella and balsamic can really change me!

I appreciate this game because I’m recording all my food and I am realizing the times of day that I need more support. I get the afternoon blues. And tips for 2pm crash when I need energy and the only thing around at work is junk food? I have a mad sweet tooth after lunch.

I read a suggestion for this - set an alarm for 2pm and have a protein focused snack BEFORE the afternoon slump kicks in. But you have to have the snack prepped and ready.

Thanks Shelly, I like that idea! Today I had a chocolate protein shake I grabbed during lunch and cracked it open right around 2, that really helps.
