Time for the Green Down Arrow!
I use it as a visual reminder of our real goal. Downward progress!
I really want everyone to try for 4%, but many (like me!) simply can’t get there every month. (I keep the games cheap so we can support each other at whatever pace we are capable of.) However, whether you make 4% or not, you can still have a great, successful month!
Let's see if we can all end at a lower weight this month! Imagine if no one gets discouraged and we all make progress towards our ultimate weight and health goals. That would be so awesome!
So this green arrow means Go Down!
Aim for your 4%, but any loss by the end of the game is a personal win!
Keep us posted!

DAY 5
Do it all!
Plus Stretch?!
Being limber will help you wriggle away before your brain gets eaten. And doing the child’s pose can help you hide under a blanket and be mistaken for a rock.
Hints:
I keep my arms stretched forward for this pose to avoid neck strain.
It's okay to separate your knees to accommodate a fuller tummy.
This is a great full body stretch, but only go as far as you're comfortable.

Get Ready! Next week we prepare for the zombie apocalypse.
I’ve devised a plan to get in better shape for outrunning zombies. Let them eat someone slower and weaker!
Each weekday I’ll post one activity to help us get ready in the unlikely event of a zombie apocalypse (or the more likely event of carrying groceries.)
Only do what is safe for you, but do what you can - you don’t want to be at the back of the pack!
I hope everyone has fun with this, and posts progress towards outrunning the zombies.
Have a great weekend! We start on Monday 😁
