Whole food products so much healthier

2 cups Heavy whipping cream
1/2 tsp Pure vanilla

(Whisk til firm peaks)

Then fold in 1/3 cup pure honey

Oreos (from Whole Foods) better for you ones
10 Oreos Crunch up real fine in blender

and then break 10 Oreos in chunks

Fold in and store in container for 6 hours

  • After a really tough weekend I decided not to weight myself until today (Friday). I didn't want to see the number on the scale after making really bad choices all weekend because I knew that number would discourage me. I decided to weigh myself today to help keep me on track this weekend since the official weigh-in is next week and I really need to tackle my weekend being my weak spot.

    Stepped on the scale this morning and I was shocked to see that made my goal ????. I worked really hard this week to stay on play and drink my water and I couldn't be more pleased with this. It's just such a perfect reminder for me to not let one/two bad days mess with all the progress I've made all month.

    Hoping you all are having success.

  • I have been on this health journey for 10 months now, and I am grateful to be at this point. Although I gained some weight over the holidays, which took months to lose, I am accepting of that because my journey has helped me gain mental and physical strength too. I almost gave up, but I’ve fought to keep going. I was hanging on by a thread and felt myself slipping, but I have worked too hard to let it all slip away. Now, I am refocused and moving forward, unstoppable and stronger than ever!
