- First week down and I'm down 1.1lbs. Not alot but it's a start. My goal is 5lbs.
I walked 6 out of 7 days and got 6.64 miles. Had sugar one day because I had to taste test customer products. The day after that felt rough because the sugar craving was intense. Fought through tho!
Meal planned and prepped again for week 2.
Today was Liift More W5 Legs. Thankful it was just lifting. Lots of cardio in Joel's hybrid calendar. Ew. Lol
