I've really hit a slump in my journey, I started in November and have lost 45lbs. The past 2 months I'm only down 2 more, 100% my own doing but I just can't seem to get back in the groove. I'll be 100% with my calorie deficit for a few days then fall off for a few days. I know the only person that controls this is me, but I'm struggling. Any advice?

Way to go Lindsey! I had 4 babies in 4 years, and taking me 6yrs after my last pregnancy to recover lol. I am finally getting close, honestly Intermittent Fasting the last 3 months has been way more effective than anything else I've tried so far. If you are restricting calories anyway, just restrict the hours you eat them in too as Lauren said. Fasting even 16hr a day puts you into fat burning mode for about 4hr a day. If you can go up to 18hr fasts it's even more effective. Then just trying to eat your calories in a smaller timeframe!

If calorie counting isn't for you (it isn't for me!), try doing the balanced plate. Prioritise veg (1/2 your plate) and protein (1/4 plate) before carbs (1./4 plate) but don't cut out a food group. And drink loads of water - 2.5-3l.
