Proud: im down about 6.5lbs and only have 1.5 to my goal for this dietbet! Helps me recharge: family time. My husband took off a few days next week with the kids and I and I plan to unplug and spend good quality time together!

    If the scale feels stubborn this week, take a deep breath. You’re not doing anything wrong.

    Weight loss is rarely linear, and fluctuations are a completely normal (and human) part of the process.

    What matters most is that you’re still showing up for yourself: eating mindfully, moving your body in ways that feel good, and allowing rest when you need it. Those habits count, even when the results feel quiet. Consistency always catches up. Sometimes it just takes a little longer than we’d like.

NSV- I’m getting better at tracking. I’m also more mindful of what I feed my brain in self talk, moving towards not being so hard on myself and recognizing everyday (small) victories.

You guys are all SO motivating! I am feeling so excited after reading your messages! Thank you so much for sharing! It really does make a difference! This week, I did food prep, so I always have healthy choices when I'm hungry. I don't meal prep, but I food prep so I can pick and choose!

If possible, I go to bed early. Helps me to not snack. Of course, depending on your life and schedule!
