Gained weight last month. Lost 7% this year so I guess I am still in the running for the grand prize but I didn't feel like being good in the past week. Pizza and beer. That's the problem with my dieting, I reward myself when I am almost to my goal. So, at least half of my weight is excess hydration. Only need to lose 2-3% in the next month. Very doable. Need to double down with a new contest.
