Made it back late last night. Checked this morning and I didn't lose, but I also didn't gain, so I am taking that as a win. Especially since I was in the south with lots of rich and fried foods. But thanks to you all, I was more mindful of my choices and even did some ice skating and 10k steps two of the days for movement. Thanks for being in my corner crew!!!

    A) Pumped and have already taken the leap and submitted your official starting weight!
    B) Waiting until the first day of 2025
    C) Still wrapping up some things (holiday travel, time off, get togethers, etc..) and weighing in just a bit later

    Some weigh-in tips
    * Please refer to the 2025 Game Changer Transformer FAQs for information and message support@dietbet.com with any further questions.
    * Stick to airport attire (no shoes/baggy clothing, hats or heavy jewelry, etc.) and step on the scale on a hard, flat surface.
    * Make sure your weigh-in word is clear.
    * Keep your face visible in your full-body shot.
    * You can play 3 Kickstarters and 3 Transformers at once, and reuse an approved weigh-in within 48 hours, but you must start the weigh-in process to select that option.

    You can officially weigh-in anytime during the first 14 days of the game, so you can ease into this when you'd like. It's also not too late to invite your friends! Use the button up top to get even more social support from friends and family.

    Reminder! Only half of your bet for this month goes into this first pot. The other half goes into our huge final pot at the end of the game. So *when* you win, remember that when you see your winnings reported!

I’m doing a liquid fast today and then same next two days but with vegetables. This will quickly flush out inflammation and help me to feel better faster. Jan 1st I’ll begin my brightlineeating food plan. I’ve already been grocery shopping and have all of my supplies. Let’s go!

You know what's really supposed to help with inflammation is bone broth! I've been on a huge anti inflammation kick the last few weeks as I want to ha my gut and see if that helps eith psoriasis (:

My goal is to lose 60 pounds in the next 6 months. I put on a lot of weight this past year. It’s really not hard for me to put on weight. That’s why this year I vow to make this transformation permanent. I’m going full on brightlineeating the entire year. I’m going to continue to work the program every year and the only exception I will make is Christmas week for my family holiday parties.
