You can do this!! I have hypothyroidism but it isn’t hashimotos. I’ve been cutting back on gluten and dairy majorly and for the first time in five years or so I’m losing weight somewhat easily. But nothing like when I didn’t have hypothyroidism! It’s definitely harder and slower now but it’s happening. I also don’t overdo it on the exercise. Apparently that can backfire on people with thyroid issues. Most days I try to get a 30 minute walk in, and do strength training 2-3 times a week.
