  • Sharing a few of the NSVs I’ve had in the past month, I’m so excited! Since I’ve been taking care of myself, so many good things have happened. Some of the biggest, my mood is way better so I was able to stop taking antidepressants. AND I’m sleeping better and was able to go off the medication I took to help me sleep, after having years of insomnia. Thx everyone for helping to keep me motivated!

  • All Hello everyone my name is Sarah. This is my first DietBet and I’m so grateful to be a part of it and to have found Lexi’s game. For the first time In a long time I can’t wait for the summer to come, I can’t wait to go to weddings I have coming up in a few months. I can’t wait for the future with my boyfriend. My highest weight just a week or so before I started this game was 200.7 I was so disgusted with myself I said THATS IT I can’t do this anymore. I was in the chiropractors waiting room and just happen to see the book “Weight Belly” from that point on I decide to cut out wheat ,gluten and processed sugars from my diet. And to be completely honest truth I feel 100% different and so much better. I didn’t think I could ever give up everything containing wheat but I don’t even miss it. I felt like crap all the time. This was me last year and I hope this summer I will be skinner healthier and my best self.
    I will be doing dietbets back to back for as long as i possible can. Thank you for all of your guys inspiration ?
