This is my first time using DietBet. I signed up, paid the fee, only to wind up with three giant projects on my plate (this tends to mean high stress and high cortisol, plus the habit of high calories to cope)! So, I got started on this game very late last week. It's one of those things where just beginning, weight seems to drop fast, so I'm getting close to the 4% goal simply because of that. All of the stress and fluid build-up melts away. I'm really been mindful about my eating and have focused on lots of veggies, and I'm already feeling better. I hope I can get to the 4% goal in these last three days. On another note, I'm not exactly clear about this site and all it has to offer. Is membership helpful? And what is the difference between DietBet and WayBetter apps? I'm curious what your experience has been and looking for recommendations on moving forward? Thank you, all...
