Finally lost enough to see my weight end in 9. It’s very satisfying when I finally make it into the next 10s. Like from 20 to 19. It’s only 1 more pound but it feels bigger and is great motivation.

I am really struggling with this goal due to a gnarly sinus infection that has been basically incapacitated. So my non-scale victory is that my average BMP has gone down another 8 points!

    Cruises are notorious for great eats. We went all the way to the bottom of the world. Highly recommend visiting the penguins in the Falkland Islands. I can relate to this little fella --- Sea Lion needing a rest. My goal is gain energy to start.

Venting a little frustration. I was 1 lb away from goal last week. I increased my daily steps from 10,000 minimum to 13,000 minimum and I joined a gym and started lifting heavy. Now I’m weighing in at 205 lbs. grrrr. I know it’s due to water retention from the breakdown of muscle but it’s still so frustrating
