    If you are reading this you probably have time to get active! It’s doesn’t have to an hour weight training or sweat fest. Just move your body! Walk the block, dance like no one’s watching, do the stairs or even park in the farthest spot

My young daughter and I did a 15 min HIIT family workout on YouTube and then she did another 10 min workout. I'm incredibly out of shape but slowly bringing fitness back into my daily schedule, even if it's just small changes here and there.

    Dinner was stew and jasmine rice .
    Snack: plain Greek yogurt, strawberries and Weetabix cereal.
    Ready to go to bed but it’s not even 8 pm ! My little ones only fall asleep around 9:30-10 pm :l
