How often do you all weigh yourselves? I have a terrible relationship with it and find myself stepping on each day and night..I know this is bad esp since I’m up weight after eating my 3 healthy meals today.

I weigh daily - the number on the scale is just a data point it gives me information like I maybe had too much sodium or something I ate gave me inflammation or I had too many treats.

I compare my weight on Mondays to the previous Monday weight for weight loss

I see it the same as Anne....a data point. I weigh daily, but try not to worry too much if it goes up slightly, and just use that as a prompt to think on what I ate the day before that might have caused it. Or, if it's the day after leg day, (especially L4 or LM!) I 100% anticipate an increase due to muscles holding water. I only log my weight once a week though.

Not that I follow the program but 2B Mindset nutrition program actually encourages daily weighing for that exact reason.... use it as feedback on your day.

I don't think it's necessarily about needing to stop daily weight checks, but more about rewiring how you treat it. Remember, your worth is but based on a value on the scale

Something else to be mindful of is your body composition, especially if lifting heavy with something like L4 or LM. I'm the heaviest I've ever been but definitely not the biggest. I went for a health check end of last year, and felt stupid walking in since my weight was the same (the previous one I said I'd lost some).... turns out I'd lost 6.3% body fat!.... the scale just doesn't show that change.
