  • Loved my first Chalean Extreme workout today, killed my water goal, & did pretty well on my nutrition. Not sure if everything I ate was "fix" approved, but I had more protein & veggies than I usually do. I'm not concerned about not finishing all my containers on day 1 - especially carbs:) I love the tracking app for accountability!

  • Well, my first day, & while I had bought all of the food, today was the day I was going to meal prep. You know, make jumbo spice burgers, veggies, etc.howevet I had to take my mom to dr then all of errands, I brought water & cherry tomatoes with me. However I never ate, but I did drink all the waters!! So when I finally got home at 630, I made the 10 burgers, reheated spaghetti squash and made a salad and ate slowly.
    I feel like I'm still hungry but now it's 745pm. Ugh maybe just more water?!

Great job! Yes, more water is best. I will sometimes make tea in a big mug and hold it with both hands while watching TV in the evening to avoid snacks. That is a trick that has been successful for me. (I did not like tea until I tried this trick either & now I do, lol!)
