  • Hello! How are you, guys? I am living different life! And I have got married previous month! I feel secure in my body now. The different of those photos is 35 kg. I am 39 years old. Photo in the left was made on 2008 (I was a physics student) and photo in the right was made before one week (I am mummy of one). My weight has little bit yo-yo effect, I know I will never live without taking control. But is better than to live in such "sumo costume"...

Thanks for sharing Simona, and it’s great that you’ve been able to make these positive steps. I have some amount of yo-yo-ing going on too, but have had a downward trend and eat better on the average now. I am not quite at my final goal yet, but am hopeful, and confident that I ought to be able to reach it in time. Great job!
