I worked so hard to meet my goal for my sons wedding last April and did. It took me many months to be healthy as I dropped lbs. My cholesterol dropped and I felt great. Hard summer and then holidays and most of the 20 lbs are back. At my age. Losing 20 lbs is a mountain so I joined a six month challenge to do it the healthy way. Looking forward to our success on this road.
