Last week of our game & we've already lost over 3,000lbs this month! To put that into perspective that's the same weight as a compact SUV or a Toyota corolla, which is amazing & life changing! I plan to increase my water this week & track my food consistently with myfitnesspal. What're your goals this week? We got this!

Fav healthy meals- grilled chicken or tuna salad for lunch everyday and then for dinner I alternate every few days is grilled chicken/shrimp/salmon with spinach/asparagus/broccoli and cauliflower rice /yams / mash

  • Got a sweaty workout today and sometimes the hardest part is just showing up! When I first started my journey I never thought I'd be someone who would enjoy the gym, but now I feel so much better when I go & just a reminder the health is wealth! It takes time to build a habit but the secret to our success is in our routine! Did you move today?

It was a busy day for me, but did a 5000 step zumba class online this morning, then squeezed in a second YouTube workout with some dumbbells this evening!
