Well, I did a horrible job remembering to do weigh-ins this round 😂. But I'm proud of myself for keeping up with the exercising. This month, I tried to focus on my eating habits. I've struggled in the past with eating out of boredom. I thought about doing an unofficial weigh-in today but decided I'm going to wait until the final weight in. I'm anxious to see if I made my goal but no matter what proud of the positive changes I'm making 😊
