Well, I did a horrible job remembering to do weigh-ins this round 😂. But I'm proud of myself for keeping up with the exercising. This month, I tried to focus on my eating habits. I've struggled in the past with eating out of boredom. I thought about doing an unofficial weigh-in today but decided I'm going to wait until the final weight in. I'm anxious to see if I made my goal but no matter what proud of the positive changes I'm making 😊

I am the last person who can give tips on drinking water :joy:. But I have to say that picture with the strawberries, kiwi, and mint (I think) looks amazing. I am going to make a pitcher of it today!

I went to do my final weigh in and it submitted my weigh in that I did on Monday. Did that happen to anyone else? Also does that work or do I need to submit a new weigh in?

Did you do an unofficial weigh in? From my understanding official weigh ins could only happen after midnight last night/this morning.

I did the official weigh-in this morning and it let me use my weigh-in from Monday. I just got notified that it was accepted Woohoo!!

Hi all! Since starting this journey, I have found I do NOT enjoy the gym. What I do enjoy is feeling like I have accomplished something in my normal day to day life that I previously may have been less motivated to do. For example, I have started to enjoy shoveling snow or even going for a run outside and pretending I'm out running 🏃‍♀️ a horror movie character 😂. My goal for today is to lift up and move sections of my couch to clean under it. I am all ears for any other activities others have found to burn lots of calories that do not include the gym!
