Well I didn’t make round 1. Yesterday I was just a few ounces away. I drank coffee, water and love your liver decaf tea, had one bowl of veggie soup, and ate an apple (nothing after 7pm) Thought for sure I would make it. Woke up, weighed in AND I WAS UP 1 Lb. So disappointing and frustrating.

Trying to not give up. In the past when I’ve lost the first round, I’ve lost the entire bet. I need a new plan and need to take dieting more seriously. I’v had good weeks, but I haven’t been really strict.

You can do it! I feel the same. I made it but barely and I did dry January on top of it. I’m not giving up, full steam ahead.

Today I weigh almost exactly what I weighed when I started I am feeling a little discouraged I guess it’s time to really get my mindset in check biggest struggles: 1. Water intake 2. Protein intake. 3. Fiber intake and lastly went out to eat a few too many times need to make healthier choices when I go out my goal is in the next 5 days to lose 2-3 pounds. How do you guys push the water sadly I’m not a big fan of water.

    I slowly do get used of my healthier food choices, but the craving for sweets is still intense. Having something at home, I certainly would have eaten it yesterday - so my decision not to by anything was very good. Instead I had an extra apple😊

steven - thanks for the advise, but I don’t think we have the jello bombs in germany - if it get‘s to heavy, I normally mix some greek yoghurt 2% fat with 3 gr Esn Protein Flavor Powder chocolate caramel bar :blush:

I make choc mousse out of silken tofu so af least I'm getting protein when I slip and eat the entire thing :joy:
