So excited for this!! First time using this app, and I’m hoping for accountability.

I’ve lost 50lb in the last 3 years, so 4%might be a stretch in a month, but watch me do it!

I’m also ending Zepbound this week…..so I mostly joined to keep me motivated if hunger hits back hard.

I hope everyone gets really involved 😊
