For me being super active brought my weight down pretty quickly and eating low carb for the majority of the day. My new job demands I stay on my feet for most part of the work hours plus squatting, sitting down and getting up constantly.

Drink more water, low to no salt. I like fasted cardio workouts in the morning. I do work out before bed, so my body can burn calories while sleeping. Protein shakes for breakfast, big lunch, and small dinner. Done eating by 6pm. How i do my last couple of days
