I just did an unofficial weigh in and I am under the goal! I was at a breaking point of being fed up with being big. I won’t even take pictures because of the lack of confidence in what I look like.

I had a come to Jesus moment when I had to tell my 8 year old niece that I couldn’t fit in a chair.

I am a foodie particularly sweets and fried foods. I didn’t eat that many times a day but it was what I was eating in the amount of consumption daily.

Anytime I have done weight loss I usually stop around the 20 pound mark. I was faced with getting my doctor to do a GLP1 but I have blood thinners which prevent this from happening.

I have lost 16 pounds by the grace of God. I want us all to win. We have 14 days left and just need to dig deep. Sorry but I needed to get this off my chest. I am so thankful and grateful that I haven’t given up.

Here’s to another 14 weeks on non scale victories and scale victories.
