Anyone else gain weight while doing this?! Feeling a bit defeated after seeing ppl lose lbs. I know it’s probably muscle but dang it!

I tend to have both water retention (plus slow digestion?), and also noticed that the weight was mostly flat once I started working out more earnestly and/or increasing the weight or number of reps I was working out with. Even so, during those flatter weight times, I feel significantly more physically fit and stronger.
