They are on BODi. If you aren't already a member, you'd need to sign up to access the workouts. It would be an extra cost if you don't already have it though. You don't have to do the workout calendar to be in the DietBet game if there's something else you can/want to do exercise wise.
Are there specific type of sneakers for lifting? I just tend to wear my asics for running, lifting, life! Is that ok?? Should I have different sneakers for different workout types?
I have a pair of Nike Metcons for working out. I was skeptical, as they were expensive, in my opinion. I absolutely love them, but you can tell they are more supportive and heavier than normal shoes.
I use running ahoes for walkng, running and a flat hard sole for lifting. Nothing cushy. I have some reebok with a harder flat sole that i love for lifting. Converse would work. Doesn’t have to be fancy just something that isnt cushy.
