  • What a motivational game this has been. Was a little short of the goal weight but I still watched the scale move down. And what I really needed a push and believe I can stay postive thru is my nutrition. I’ll certainly show up for another one of these.

  • Leg/lower body day. My glutes were on fire. Went for a walk after and I felt it on every step.

  • Day 3 upper body. Lifted heavy and did not need to down size. Form stay on point. Not disappointed in myself. Also another successful water and nutrition day too.

  • Day one in the books. Upper body. LMSB wk1 Chest. Plus DD30 Upper Body. My arms were shaking just taking my sweaty selfie. Down a few pounds this week. Nutrition, workout and added motivation support a magical combination.
