- I made a soba noodle salad with enoki mushrooms, baked tofu, fermented black beans with chili oil, hot sesame oil,, bok choy, and black sesame seeds. Extremely tasty!!Feeling unwell, I didn’t eat much today so it helped bring my fats and carbs up a bit. Needed more tofu but ran out of calories! Still got 95gm tofu though :)
