I had vodka, more than one:relaxed:and gained 1 of the 5.8 lbs I had lost as of Friday, which was bananas, so I am happy with a 4.8 loss for last week. My expectations for this week are lower, hoping for 2lbs, which seems more reasonable than last week!

How is everyone losing weight this quickly!?! I am tracking my food, hitting my macros (110g protein daily) and nothing is happening. I'm SO frustrated.

5.8lb loss in one week is bananas!! I felt like I have been stuck so long! I already hit the 4% but I have a bit more to lose so I am staying on this amazing meal plan. Does anyone have the macro split for the plan?

  • Is anyone else making a 1 pager to hang on their fridge for the meals? I found it super helpful to make a shopping list from the first week and prep what needed to be. Here is my second week, tweaked a bit for me...(I don't like yogurt and smoothies) I know the meals repeat, but I am a tad anal!?????

  • I was nervous about repeating food for the week.I know it's only day 1, but so far delish and easy! Thank you Megan! The workout reminded me of the express lift more workout, quick and effective!
