- Is anyone else making a 1 pager to hang on their fridge for the meals? I found it super helpful to make a shopping list from the first week and prep what needed to be. Here is my second week, tweaked a bit for me...(I don't like yogurt and smoothies) I know the meals repeat, but I am a tad anal!?????
