- It’s a win for me!!! Family wanted pizza, wasn’t in my macro budget so found a crust recipe with cottage cheese (thanks J&M for this protein packed new staple in my fridge), gluten free flour (or whatever flour you want) and some baking powder. Added more protein, veggies and cheese on top—so yummy!!!! I’m really trying hard this round, harder than ever to understand what I need to succeed and it’s finally working! ?
