  • It’s a win for me!!! Family wanted pizza, wasn’t in my macro budget so found a crust recipe with cottage cheese (thanks J&M for this protein packed new staple in my fridge), gluten free flour (or whatever flour you want) and some baking powder. Added more protein, veggies and cheese on top—so yummy!!!! I’m really trying hard this round, harder than ever to understand what I need to succeed and it’s finally working! ?

Trying hard to dial in my nutrition and focus on water and sleep. I had my right hip replaced 19Feb and the left one 17Apr so I still have a lot of restrictions on movement, making any cardio basically impossible. Thinking of trying the upper body portion of Liift4 sitting on my bench, just so I can get Something done! Any guidance or suggestions are welcome!
