Does anyone have advice or experience dealing with the water weight when you first start HRT? I did not anticipate this problem and realize now I maybe should have waited until after the bet to start.

I've been on testosterone since February and have gained so much weight! It's hard with all the swelling but drinking water, limiting sodium/salt and sweating your a** off (easy in this heat) helps

  • We are officially halfway through the game! How are you feeling about your progress? Are there things that need to be changed or are you hitting your goals?

    While I’m making steady progress, the work isn’t done. This week my goal is to focus on hydration and getting back outside for workouts. My typical running path is closed so I’ve been exploring new ones around town.
