- Dinner the past two nights has been taco salad! My favorite condiments i use are taco bell mild/hot sauce because theyre 0 calories & have way less sodium than most sauces I've tried & they are tasty! Taco bell was always my favorite fast food, so I love to recreate healthier versions at home! I used lean ground beef, lots of lettuce, shredded cheese, onion, light sour cream, salsa and mild sauce. Whats your favorite meal to make healthier?
