Hi everyone! I’ve lost 67lbs, started at 200lb bmi 39.1 (obese class 2) and have been yoyo-ing above and below the healthy/overweight line for a very long time.
I’ve lost some motivation having gotten to a much better weight, but I still have work to do so I can get further into the healthy category as I’m in the low 130s (bmi 26, overweight) and want to get to 100lbs (19.5 bmi). I’m hoping this app will help since there’s money on the line!
