Of course I caught a severe cold towards the end of the challenge. I haven’t weighed in so I’m not sure if I’ll hit the mark especially because I’m not counting calories or focusing on a deficit at the moment. I still have to work so I’m just consuming vitamin c (plus other cold and flu meds) and soups to try to recover as fast as possible. Last time I was sick I wasn’t in a deficit but still lost 4 lbs in that month so hopefully the same will happen now ?

Hope ya feel better soon. Last time I got sick I lost a few lbs (covid) apparently your body uses more energy to fight sickness. Just watch what you eat and you should be fine.

Ive been using excuses to not exercise. Too tired. Too late. Etc. Need to stop that. Getting married on Halloween. Need to have a fitter spooky dad bod. Haha.

Hi everyone! I’ve lost 67lbs, started at 200lb bmi 39.1 (obese class 2) and have been yoyo-ing above and below the healthy/overweight line for a very long time.

I’ve lost some motivation having gotten to a much better weight, but I still have work to do so I can get further into the healthy category as I’m in the low 130s (bmi 26, overweight) and want to get to 100lbs (19.5 bmi). I’m hoping this app will help since there’s money on the line!

19.5 BMI is hard but not impossible! I would also like to get below 20 BMI so let's see if we can do it!

I recently got a new job at a office that caters lunches a couple times a week. It’s pretty sweet! But I tend to over eat… especially when there is free food. Today is a baked potato bar. Wish me luck! 😅

Cut a potato in half but still topped it off with all my favorite toppings. I was not going to deny myself a dollop of sour cream. I told myself if I was still hungry I would just go back for more salad. 30 mins later and I feel full. Something I also struggle with is going for seconds before I’ve let my food settle to determine if I’m really still hungry.
