I just signed up for BODi with their $99 New Year deal. The most I’ve done for workouts the last year or so is walking and running. I have done the entire Liift4 plan, but it’s been a couple years. Will I be able to keep up with Joel’s workout calendar for the DietBet, or should I lean to something else since I’m not familiar with Liift More or 10 rounds? I am familiar with MMA and have my blue belt in MMA.
