Weigh in done! I am so ready to start this challenge. I have been working hard but, needed a little more motivation. I have to lose just under 8 pounds. So, my 4 week goal is 9 pounds. I hate to lose money, I definitely don’t mind spending it, just hate losing it. LOL! Good luck everyone and may 2026 be our healthiest year yet.

I just signed up for BODi with their $99 New Year deal. The most I’ve done for workouts the last year or so is walking and running. I have done the entire Liift4 plan, but it’s been a couple years. Will I be able to keep up with Joel’s workout calendar for the DietBet, or should I lean to something else since I’m not familiar with Liift More or 10 rounds? I am familiar with MMA and have my blue belt in MMA.

I am thinking of doing 25 min speed train since I am a teacher and we go back to school tomorrow - so, the shorter workouts will help since I do my workouts in the mornings. I am also thinking of doing two of the 10 minute plans in the evening for a little extra push.

Hey everyone! I hope the holidays have been great you and your families and I'm so excited to get to work with y'all starting Monday, January 5th!

All the nutrition materials and special hybrid workout calendar will be available for download starting Wednesday, 12/30. As a reminder, you DO NOT have to do the hybrid workout calendar. You can do any workouts/ program you want!

Regarding the live workouts and Q&A's, they are still TBD as I work through travel schedule for January, but I promise they're happening.
