Hi from Canada 🇨🇦 everyone. Here’s my 5 point plan to achieve my 4% by Feb 1.
1. Drink water like it’s my dayjob
2. Get 8 hours sleep
3. Portion control
4. Get 30 min a day of exercise.
5. Zero sweets
6. Sever a limb if necessary 💪? 😂
