It all depends on what you like to eat. My best meal advice is find a healthy low calorie or carb, depending on what you are counting, casserole type dish, make it & freeze it. This has saved me so many times when it is past dinner time, I am hangery and have been tempted to just order something. The fact I can heat it up from the freezer in 5 mins is faster than any takeout/delivery, so no excuses :)
Not sure if that is any help, but a little food prep of meals you like can make things much easier at times.

Creatine, it is great for everything it does provide. It is terrible because it can cause your weight to go up. :( up 2 lb from it. At least I hope it is the creatine its either that or I have no clue what is in my chicken, potatoes and veggie meals I made on Monday

After being sick for a week and not doing my normal HIIT for those days coming back to it was hard. I felt like I was about to fall over after. Dang sickness really takes it out of you.
To explain I exchange walking one day then, a HIIT the next day.
