If the scale is not kind, just do not beat yourself up! I am in the middle of a move, so I have been more active but not able to cook as easily as I would like so I definitely share in your concern! Good thing is that we are not at the final week.

I am so happy I joined this diet bet! I am really motivated and happy to lose weight once and for all. What is everyone doing for meal planning or prep? If you eat out, what do you do when you go out?

I prep some stuff and good snacks on Sunday. Today will be honey chipotle chicken and rice bowls. Hard boiled eggs and shrimp for snacks. I do overnight oats for breakfast! Let's do this:muscle::muscle::muscle::muscle:

Usually preplan through the day and what I will eat when I go out so I can makeup with a little less calories or more protein to start my day off.

Hey everyone!! I am a yo-yo weight loss person. Vacations and traveling for work get my weight high so when it goes above 190, I focus for a month or two to get it down. I hate doing these in the summer but I have got to lose some weight right now! Good luck to everyone!! We've got this!!
