I’m usually a runner but I’ve recently taken up rucking after reading ‘The Comfort Crisis.’ It’s a great exercise and a great read! :blush:

Last week, I got my walk steps but ate out and drank on my travels. I didn't lose but I didn't gain either. This week, no drinking, eating great, working out. Back on track. I am traveling the next 2 weeks for work though.. GOTTA STICK TO IT
