I wish I felt just as motivated to be diligent/lose the weight the WHOLE MONTH instead of this procrastination effort/motivation I feel the last week... Any tips/things that work for you?!

I think it helps to remember that motivation will always ebb and flow. What matters is being disciplined - going for a walk when it's raining, going for a gym session when you're comfy and cosy at home etc. Those are things that matter and staying disciplined will help you on those days when motivation is low :clap:
