  • It’s Chest day- other ppl call it Monday - 5 years ago I joined my first ever DietBet with Joel. “Lift4Summer” I was just getting into lifting, completely fed up with my own excuses, and was looking for a way to finally change my habits- not just lose 10lbs to gain it back- that dietbet changed my life. If I told that girl who was struggling with 8’s and 15’s that she’d be curling 25’s and chest pressing 40lbs while thinking that she need to up it next set- she’s have laughed in my face. Jokes on her bc I’m grabbing the 45’s for my next set of ROTATING presses- don’t EVER underestimate yourself. Happy Monday!

Can someone please share the first workout for tomorrow? I didn't get the links before they were removed and haven't received the email containing them. Dietbet says they can take 1-3 days to respond and I don't want to mess up on the first day. Thank you!!
