- The last 2 wks have been a blur! How’s everyone hanging in? I’m doing ok- weight is coming off slower but I expected that and am still trending down even with a few trips here and there- I’ve been making substitutions when I can and making better choices - usually I look at vacation as a time to indulge but I am determined to do this thing! I’m currently in CO visiting a friend until Thursday and just made a quick chicken salad to have before we head out to meet friends for dinner- this way I won’t be starving and can pick a smaller less calorie dense option without feeling deprived.
