- This wks food prep and calorie/macro breakdown! Well, for the work week which is Tuesday-Saturday for your girl over here- I will occasionally swap the preworkout protein pop-tart out for instant steel cut oatmeal mixed with 15grams of protein powder- the macro breakdown is almost the same- but today it’s a brown sugar and cinnamon pop tart pre Quads/Calves. Post workout is a homemade Egg McMuffin and pineapple. Lunch is mexi inspired shredded pork with veggies, dinner is grilled chicken salad, and Greek yogurt mixed with strawberry protein powder for a snack later so I don’t raid the kitchen. Happy Tuesday!
