  • My salad for lunch. Romaine lettuce, snap peas, spicy micro greens, cucumbers, tomatoes (on bottom), cremini mushrooms, orange peppers, cilantro, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, lime juice and my favorite-anchovies. I don’t do salads very often cause of chronic pain with chopping but is very tasty when I do. 😋
