I am a big fan of air-fried tofu! I cut it into cubes and marinate it in soy sauce, garlic powder, and any other random seasonings. It's great with rice and broccoli! I'm not a big meat fan, I also love salad with nuts and chickpeas! They make it feel so hearty! And with other veg add in I don't even need dressing it's so tasty!
