I’m right there with you on the last 15 of my journey. I’ve been at it for about 12 years now. Started about 260 and lowest was 170. Got down shortly for my daughter’s wedding but then menopause hit and I was up 25. It’s so hard but I’m glad to say I’m down 13 since January. Might not hit my round 3 goal but the scale is moving again so that’s good. I want to quit this transformer to not lose money but I keep telling myself to just keep at it!

I have been one pound short on both rounds so far and then hit my goal weight the day after weigh ins, it is maddening. I am one pound over again today so going to see if I can lose that and weigh in tomorrow morning. I am still losing, just not at the right times!! Oh well, will keep going!

  • This has been an incredibly stressful month and I have been breaking new habits and stress eating .
    I feel like I was just starting to look good in those tight jeans and I am BACK SLIDING!

    I need to knock off 4 lbs in 12 days to make this month’s goal. Hopefully it’s mostly water bloat!
