Looking ahead but is anyone else joining another DietBet after this?! This has me so motivated to meet my end goal of 18 lb in 9 weeks - i am already 8 lb down in 2 weeks! Shocked!! But I think a lot of it was water weight- I was drinking wine at night, eating sweets all hours of the day, and this has really made me look at my choices!

If I can find one that fits nicely between Thanksgiving and Xmas, I may consider another

I find that what works best for me is to do one and then take a month break and make sure I maintain.
If I push myself too hard I end up not being very successful for a very long time

I feel like it's sort of an up and down.
I lose weight, go up a wee bit and then when I'm ready I do another one, buckle down and usually win.
I just make sure I start another round only when I feel committed again :grin:
