Looking for some advice on how to motivate to work out. Frankly, I struggle to get started. Once I’m moving, I’m good. How do you all stay motivated to work out every day?

I have been doing it first thing in the morning before work. I’m usually too tired after work and my likeliness of completing a workout goes way down the later in the day it gets. Also, I was able to stay motivated at a time where all my friends at work would stay after work and do a quick 30 minute workout video before heading home. We did a beach body program together. So doing it with friends also helps! Good luck!
