For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I've been laser focused on this one, I woke up this morning 2 lbs under my goal already...but i remember reading that if you lose to much you may be disqualified, obviously our weight changes up and down day to day but what's to much considered? Thanks

Good for you!! I’m teetering on the edge of my goal, but I’m not as far as you. I’m hoping I don’t get too confident and go backwards. My joint pain is thd biggest change so far. Thank goodness for that!!
