Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Keri-Ann, having an event is so motivating! A vacation sounds like a fun motivator! One of my favorite quotes is "You can't outrun a bad diet." It reminds me that I can exercise all I want, but I can't let my eating cancel it out. Meal prepping is a great support as is cutting out sugar! Sugar can be hard but it's worth it! You got this!
